Museum of Contemporary Art is 1.3 km from the aparthotel and Place des Arts is 1.5 km away. Really central. Walking distance to most attractions and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. Quiet and well soundproofed despite nearby nightlife. Safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, felt like my home! Several charging sockets available and very good wifi. Everything was provided from Bluetooth speaker, ear plugs, bath robes, slippers, towels and toiletries to coffee pods and popcorn for microwaving. An added bonus if you have a sweet tooth and want the Montreal experience of buttered popcorn. Getting in and out of the building was trouble free, using the code provided. Lift was always available. Walk-in shower was spacious and hot water was abundant. Everything was modern, bed was super comfortable. Could have stayed there indefinitely, it was perfect for my needs.
