The staff, Savina, Alexander, and all the rest were always trying to find ways to assist you. Stephan, the manager or owner was kind, courteous, and hospitable. Most of them speak English, so no problem with communication. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of fruits and with varied choices of bread, cheese, jams, cereals, yoghurt, nuts, tea! I appreciate the upgrade and the discount they gave me for my 50th bday stay!
