We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

The views and the surrounding town were all so beautiful. The facilities were immaculate, everything felt 5 star, and the staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to assist with any needs. Also, the restaurants pastry chef needs a special mention, her pain au chocolat was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. We will absolutely be back again! 10/10

The owner-run Hotel Splendide is located about a 3-minute walk from the centre of Crans-sur-Sierre and 400 metres from the cable car, and offers panoramic mountain views. The hoteliers were very friendly and accommodating to our particular needs.

Boasting mountain views, Mes petits nids features accommodation with terrace, around 49 km from Sion. The property has lake views. Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. Located right near the lake, and accessible to the nearby bar (1 min walk) and shops (5 min walk) . Cozy room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a self check in, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I stopped here for a day while doing the Haute Route hike.
