The room was nice and comfortable, but the highlight of the place are the hosts. They gave us the warmest welcome and tried to make everything as comfortable as possible. They even allowed us to take a shower after the checkout when we returned from our hike. It really feels like they love being the hosts and having guests.

The house is located in a very calm and secure neighbourhood, within walking distance of Villarrica's centre. It has a parking place for one car, or a maximum of two if well accommodated. Edgardo, the host, is very attentive and kind. He was very flexible with check-in time, and communication before and during the stay was outstanding.

The kindness and availability of the guests the peacefulness of the place. My previous reviewed turned out with a low rating for cleanliness. It was not my intention, our cabin was clean and adeguate to host us!

There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

The location is perfect. Clean and quiet. The staff were helpful. I Made some great contacts and friends while there. My rental car was safe in a gated area.

Easy downhill 10 minute walk to city center. Right on road that takes you to Volcan Villarrica. Yamil the owner was very nice and worked with us to stay two extra nights. Pucon is fantastic

يقدم Hostal Graciela أماكن اقامة على بعد 50 مترا من وسط مدينة بوكون على بعد 3 صفوف من المباني من الكازينو للتمتع و 4 صفوف من المباني من شاطئ بلايا غراندي ويضم خدمة الواي فاي المجانية . Very friendly host. A significant breakfast: scrambled eggs by default ... fried eggs by request...at least in my experience. Fridge and dining area that is independent of the breakfast area. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and the sink and the microwave.
