Very nice, new apartment just outside of Puerto Montt. It has a kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, closet room and a parking spot although we didn't use it since parking in front of the building was safe and more convenient. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes around. If you have a car it's a good location for the trips to the surrouding areas since you usually don't have drive through the city.

It was easy to communicate with our host and he was generous about accommodating late-arriving ferries.
