Good washing and drying machines are available in the common area. It is a gated hotel in the middle of the block, therefore it is safe and quiet. Just three blocks from the town central square and from the sea. Excellent hosts, can provide a lot of advice and a non-expensive transfer to/from the airport.

Erg leuk en comfortabel appartement. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van de keukenfaciliteiten maar het zag er allemaal heel compleet en hygiënisch uit!!!

Matic Apartments is een accommodatie met eigen kookgelegenheid in Punta Arenas, op slechts 150 m van de kust. Loved staying here, it was warm and cosy after very cold days outside and the kitchen/laundry was so useful. The location was 5 minuted walk from most tour pick up points too.
