They went above and beyond for us when we wanted sushi and prepare it specially. The room was impeccable and the pool very relaxing.

The staff was helpful and ready to help with anything. They turned the AC up/down on request. They also gave me an additional blanket free of charge.

Everything in the hotel itself was perfect. Wonderful rooftop, great clean rooms and really excellent facilities. They do Spanish lessons too for all levels and the teacher Paula is amazing. The Spanish lessons really helped me to master basic Spanish in shops, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommended!
