The owner of Indalo was amazing! Very welcoming, polite, and kind. Fresh coffee was available every morning and drinking water throughout the day. He helped me with everything I needed during my stay and was very supportive during my checkout when I almost missed my flight. The hotel is within walking distance from everything in Puerto Viejo and offers free safe parking space. My room was safe and quiet, the air conditioner was working perfectly, and cleaned every day. I would definitely choose it in case of returning to Puerto Viejo!

The accomodation is in a quiet area of Puerto Viejo but easy to acces by taxi or bike. The place is clean and equipped with everything you need. Kim is a really kind host, she will inform you of all the things to do in the area. We had a great time and miss the two cute dogs already.
