Set in Berlin, just 5.8 km from Messe Berlin, Hausboot vom Feinsten offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and free WiFi. The location is superb. Very close to the olympic stadium, by the lake (it's actually a river but widens at this point to form a dam lake for a few km's) and in the middle of the woods. In the middle of nature and silence but within a 15 min drive to the center of Berlin. The place is very well cleaned. All surfaces, sanitaries, bathroom, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, everything. Free parking all day long. The owner is a very helpful man and always reachable and open to conversation even when he's not around. The kitchen is very well equipped for a few days of stay. Don't consider it as a regular boat, the ceilings are high and the rooms and bathroom are spacious enough. Plenty of space for relaxation. I stayed in July, no air conditioning is required for this time of the year. No sweating and no cold either.

Apartment mea is a beachfront property located in Berlin, 15 km from East Side Gallery and 17 km from Alexanderplatz Underground Station. Cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Clean, tidy and well decorated. Ideal for a single person or couple looking for a quiet area near rivers and a big lake, away from the city chaos and still with easy access to trams within one minute walk. A supermarket across the road and many bike lanes, parking and a petrol station. Rented a bike and this was a nice location for outdoors escapes from within the city to a nearby lake and rivers.

Set just 24 km from Alexanderplatz, Fischerhaus am See provides accommodation in Berlin with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. Everything! I have stayed in many good apartments via booking.com over the years, and this is definitely one of the best. It's spacious, modern, comfortable and very, very well equipped. Access to central Berlin by public transport couldn't be easier either. And the hosts are super helpful. I could not recommend this apartment more.

Featuring quiet street views, TempMents is situated in the Treptow-Köpenick district of Berlin, 15 km from East Side Gallery and 17 km from Alexanderplatz Underground Station. It’s a nice apartment and the host was very responsive and even allowed an early checkin. Everything was very comfortable for our stay.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Berlin, Ferienwohnungen am Krossinsee is an apartment surrounded by views of the garden. Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely hosts. Nice walks along the lake.
