Great hotel staff, very attentive to all matters. We had a wonderful experience communicating. The room was also very nice; the beds were comfortable, and I even saw a seal from the window within the first 10 minutes of being in the room!

The location was absolutely amazing: Right on the harbor at which the ferry arrives. On the terrace, we could sit and watch the boats come in and out of the harbor, while our daughter played on the playground in front of the property. The room was very well equipped and extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Helgoland!

Great views for breakfast, friendly staff, very nice place

The location was great and the view of the water was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!
