At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. Amazing location near the pyramids with breathtaking views from the roof. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop café at sunset was magical. We booked our tours through the hotel and everything went perfectly.

Mufa and Mizu were absolutely phenomenal – incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24/7 for anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference; they really felt like brothers to us throughout the stay. The location is simply breathtaking. The rooftop terrace is something out of a dream: you have the Sphinx right in front of you, the pyramids rising behind her, and a panoramic view that is magical at any time of day. Breakfast on the terrace was unforgettable, with the sun lighting up the desert and the pyramids in the background. And the best part? You can access the rooftop whenever you want – morning, evening, late at night. Sitting there under the stars, watching the pyramids in silence, was one of the most special experiences of our trip. Everything about this place felt authentic, warm, and truly welcoming. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers not just a room, but a meaningful and memorable experience, this is it. We couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you again to the whole team – especially Mufaa and Mizu – for making our time in Giza absolutely perfect. We stayed here for two days and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we could see the Pyramids right from our window—an unforgettable view. The food was simple but incredibly delicious. We enjoyed local dishes like falafel and other unique meals that we really liked. The staff were extremely friendly and took excellent care of us. They helped organize amazing travel plans, including sailing on the Nile River and a full-day tour of Saqqara, Memphis, the Pyramids, camel riding, and more. It was all very exciting and memorable.
