They upgrade our room for free, transfer from airport with excursion on the way. Orange juice for free on the reception desk. Room is really clean, facilities in the bathroom New and comfortable. The hotel managers Mustafa and Mahmoud give you the feeling of beeing at home. I have been visiting 55 countries by now with many beautiful places, but this trip was by far the most fascinating one!!! It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.

I like everything about this hotel. Was clean, big and the host was more than kind. Ahmed prepared a meal at 9:30 in the night for us cause we were tired and did not wanted to go out. Ahmed changed our dollars to egipcian pounds as the bank exhange. Ahmed son, the cute Anes did take us to the pharmacy when we needed. He assisted us in many ways more than just a hotel. We will come back and we will recomend to out friends and family.
