Boasting a patio with city views, a bar and a shared lounge, Sun and Sand Guest House can be found in Giza, close to Great Sphinx and 1.6 km from Giza Pyramids. The actual owner of the place was super nice! Will definitely be back :)

A good location for a relaxing stay in Giza, Antique Pyramids Inn is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. We had an excellent stay at Antique Pyramids Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo, especially first-time travelers. Due to unexpected issues with my flight, I arrived in Cairo 24 hours later than planned — leaving my best friend to navigate her very first international trip alone. Understandably, she was nervous, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and cared for. They picked her up from the airport late at night, welcomed her with water, helped her settle into the hotel, and even arranged a sightseeing tour for her the next day. Their kindness made a huge difference during a stressful situation. Once I arrived, we continued to experience incredible service. We booked tours with Maryam through the hotel — including Saqqara and the Great Pyramids. This was my third time visiting those sites with her, and somehow each tour keeps getting better. She’s extremely knowledgeable, takes great photos, and adds thoughtful extras that make the experience unique every time. She even helped us arrange a camel ride at the pyramids at a fair price. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and welcoming. The roof had a breathtaking view of the pyramids — seeing them while we ate breakfast was unforgettable. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, and the staff helped us find a great local spot for koshary and even assisted with arranging a vaccination appointment nearby. Also, the included breakfast was delicious and plenty! We also loved their friendly outdoor cats. A quick heads-up: there's a 15% Egyptian hotel tax not included in the online rate, which you'll pay upon arrival — something to budget for in advance. All in all, we felt incredibly cared for and truly at home here. Thank you to the whole team at Antique Pyramids Inn for such a memorable and heartwarming experience!

Set in Giza, 700 metres from Great Sphinx, New Arena pyramids VIEW features a terrace and views of the mountain. Great place to stay! Clean, super close to the pyramids and with an awesome view on the terrace. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Recommended!
