I gave 10 because it wasn't possible to give a higher score. This place is amazing, the chalet was one of cosiest places I've been to. Warm, spotless clean, equipped with any possible kitchen tool. The sauna and the fireplace completed the whole experience. We decided to have dinner at home instead of going out to enjoy the comfort and warmth. We woke up every day surrounded by snow and silence, it was like a fairytale! Position is perfect, very close to Ruka village but away from the bustle, next to a quiet lake (frozen at the moment of my visit) and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Marita has been quick and efficient in her communication, she explained everything we needed to know when we arrived, and was available at any time. You can tell it's a family owned business! I wish I could stay more!

The chalet benefits from an exceptional location, offering true ski-in/ski-out access and immediate proximity to all essential services, making our stay extremely convenient. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the chalet was very comfortable, well designed, and fully equipped for an extended stay. The sauna functioned perfectly and was ideal for relaxing after long days. In addition, the washing machine, stove, and dishwasher all worked flawlessly, adding to the overall comfort and practicality of the accommodation. Special mention goes to the host, who was consistently attentive, responsive, and helpful, always available to answer questions promptly. Overall, this was an excellent experience that we would highly recommend without hesitation
