Set in Seaham, 600 metres from Seaham Beach, No.16 has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. Was a bit dubious when I booked as it seemed such a cheap price... but was actually a really great place. Parking outside, big room with lovely modern bathroom and really close to the beach and cafes.
