It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in dieser wundervollen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und es war einfach perfekt. Die Villa ist nicht nur wunderschön gelegen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für eine entspannte Auszeit nur wünschen kann. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem kleinen Notfallkoffer war an alles gedacht. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Teleskop mit Anleitung – eine tolle Idee, die uns unvergessliche Sternstunden beschert hat! Der Pool war makellos sauber und eine herrliche Erfrischung mit Panorama. Man spürt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt – sowohl in der Einrichtung als auch in der Organisation. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Villa jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf Ithaka etwas Besonderes sucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen herzlichen Dank an Loukia und Orestis.

So wonderfully presented, everything you need, amazing views from a wonderful terrace, quiet, cosy, great location for accessing Kioni. Fantastic hosts. We were able to get in last minute when our initial accommodation turned out to be terrible, and this was a little piece of heaven. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ithaca.

Beautiful pool to cool off in. The villa had everything we needed. Plenty of wardrobe space, iron, good quality hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and toastie machine Car advised so you can travel around the island to all the beautiful beaches
