Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The owner Artemis and his wife Anna are so friendly and nice. The other staffs are very nice as well. It’s a little bit far from central towns but that’s why it’s quiet and cozy. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really liked this hotel.

The staff were so nice and helpful, location is amazing, next to the beach and restaurants, renting shop next to it, super.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Everyone was nice and hospitable and gave us great tips and tricks for whats to do on the island. Pool bar at night was my favorite time, meeting and interacting with all the people staying there was great.

Well located in the Oia Caldera district of Oia, Terra Verde Oia by K&K is located 1.3 km from Katharos Beach, 14 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera and 22 km from Santorini Port. There was no breakfast but the location was ideal to approach all the attractions at walking distance.

Situated in Perivolos, within 400 metres of Perivolos Beach and 8.3 km of Archaeological Site of Akrotiri, Electra Suites & Spa features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the... We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.

Located in Oia, less than 1 km from Katharos Beach, Lava Stone features rooms with sea views and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Fabulous room with an amazing view. The pool area was great also, especially with the loungers and beanbags for relaxing on. The staff were great. The breakfast was very nice.

With sea views, Nastram Suites Oia has accommodation with a kitchenette located in Oia. It is set 2.2 km from Katharos Beach and provides luggage storage space. Great location and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Away from all the chaos but close enough to walk into the center.
