Excellent location. walking distance from Perissa beach which is the black sand beach and one of the best beaches to swim. Hotel staff was amazing especially Magda who helped us with all the queries.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Wonderful staff and facilities. Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it. Easy access by bus from here to all parts of the Island.

We had a wonderful holiday in Santorini, and a big thank you goes to the owner, Stella, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The weather at the end of April was quite unpredictable, and the sea was still too cold for swimming, so the hot tub turned out to be a perfect and much-appreciated feature. The place itself is charming and peaceful - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!
