The property was extremely comfortable and cozy; I loved the aesthetics, the layout, the closeness to the beach! It’s the perfect place for a full on relaxation vacation.

We booked a King Suite, which has 2 levels and it was perfect for us with a toddler as we had the chance to sit inside and do other activities without disturbing. I like that it came equipped with 2 bathrooms and the small kitchenette had all the basic necessities. Parking is available and free on the street in front of the property! The view outside is ok as it’s within the village, but you still have a view towards the hills. The beach is in walking distance, maybe 5 minutes altogether. Very helpful and nice host.

Localização excelente, em frente a uma praia (baía) com água cristalina, sem ondas. O hotel tem um bom restaurante na praia em frente e espreguiçadeiras na praia reservadas aos hóspedes. É tudo muito prático. A comida é saborosa. O apartamento, com vista para o mar e duplex, foi super confortável e silencioso, com as janelas fechadas e o ar ligado.

The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

The property was very nice - newly renovated as a newly build hotel. The pool was amazing with good garden and lots of parking space. The breakfast was ok - I would say it was a bit the same but everything you need. The owners were nice, they even arranged a room change for us when I said that on the picture when I reserved the room was on a higher floor. Even if you are situated on the first possible floor- the room is not on the ground floor like in most places. Nice kitchenette, you can have dinners or lunches if you bring a portable air fryer for example. You are 10 minutes away with car from Karydi, Fava and Trani Aumunia - the best beaches in the region In my opinion it was great for the price

BEST PARADISE IN NIKITI fica a 4 minutos a pé de Nikiti Beach e oferece uma piscina ao ar livre com funcionamento sazonal, um jardim e acomodações com ar-condicionado, varanda e Wi-Fi grátis. The cleanliness, double balcony (one one each side), the staff and you can tell the owners want you to be happy. Always keeping clean and changing sheets every couple of days and sweeping.

Very nicely furnished apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The small pool/ jacuzzi within the facilities was a pleasant surprise. Despite the apartment being in the center of the town the soundproofing was excellent and you could barely hear anything at night with the windows closed.
