Its located just a few minutes walk from the old port wheres they is plenty of food and drink options, but a good enough distance away to not be disturbed by any noise. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay with helpful and relaxed staff that gave us good service for 9 days! No worries 😊 The location is perfect! Just a little walk down some stairs to a beautiful beach. You can choose to stay by the pool and take short trips down to the Achlaides beach or explore other beaches on the island. Once or twice every hour a taxi boat goes from the Achlaides beach into the town centre. Thanks to Jannis and Dimitris and their staff for a lovely time 😊

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"
