We were updated for free to the sea room view as a group which we really appreciated. Thanks to the lovely staff for accomodating us and always offering help.

A localização é muito próxima do centro, a limpeza impecável e até as águas oferecidas nos deram imenso jeito. Mas o que realmente se destacou foi a simpatia da Esmeralda: fez ótimas sugestões de restaurantes e locais a visitar, além de nos ajudar com o aluguer de barco e mota. Recomendo vivamente!

Everything was wonderful! From the very beginning, when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were kindly accommodated without any problem. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos – in fact, even more spacious than we expected. The host was polite, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

Fornecendo vista da cidade em Skiathos Town, Niso Skiathos fornece acomodações, um jardim, um salão partilhado e um terraço. It was an excellent stay for my families. We spent there one week. The hospitality by the hosts was amazing. It is a reference compared to my previous stays. All the people working there were exceptionally friendly and always there to help and make our stay perfect. Location is great, very close to Skiathos town. All the restaurants/bars are within one kilometer. No need to get your car. Rooms look brand new and cleanliness was out of question. I fully recommend that. Personally, if I go to Skiathos I will go again to the same hotel.
