Excellent and new property at a very convenient place. Very close to everything. The rooms are very stylish, new and spacious but most importantly they smell and feel clean. The sheets, the pillowcases, the room itself and the property in general, smell of cleanliness. On top of that, Hera, the property manager is fantastic. She welcomed us very warmly, was very attentive and helpful with everything and really added the personal touch to our stay! Breakfast was great as well! I totally recommend this property!! ( And this is a review from a person who overnights in hotels more than 6 months a year)

I’m so glad I chose Yayaki Spetses out of all the options. This hotel is truly special. Not only is it beautiful and aesthetically charming, but the staff also made me feel incredibly welcome. They catered to any experience I wanted, whether it was renting an ATV or arranging a boat cruise to explore all the gorgeous beaches. Plus, they provided a delicious breakfast and a lovely lunch package with some amazing wine. It was definitely one of the highlights of all the trips I’ve taken.

The hotel staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived with our rather heavy luggage. The entire property, from pool to rooms, was spotless. The hotel rooms were decorated very nicely and once again, were absolutely spotless. The pool bar was lovely and peaceful, and the service amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of food to choose from, including traditional Greek items. I was extremely impressed by this hotel!

Mariasofi her an ulaşılabilirdi ve son derece ilgiliydi. Annesi çok güleryüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcıydı. Ev, deniz otobüsünden inince on dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve old porta da yaklaşık yirmi dakikalık bir yürüme mesafesinde. Çok sevimli bir balkonu var. Her cam ve kapıda sinek teli var. Klimalar gayet iyi çalışıyor. Her yer tertemizdi. Üç kişi kaldık. Üç kişilik bir grup için rahat bir yer, tavsiye ederim.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds,loved the verandah seating upstairs, and the clothesline with pins which came in very handy. Rooms were super clean, beds comfortable, plugs for charging,blackout curtains,strong wifi. Owner was helpful with tips for the island and always available. Loved the location, quiet and in between new and old port.

We had a really nice stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Spetses, just a short walk from the sea. The place was spotless, and probably one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in, with real attention to detail. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the host was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay that made the whole trip feel more enjoyable, and definitely great value for money.

Spetses şehrinin Spetses New Port semtinde cazip bir konumda bulunan Villa Anesis tesisi, Bouboulina Müzesi noktasına birkaç adım, Spetses Limanı noktasına 300 m, Spetses Museum noktasınaysa 500 m... The property was very close to the port, about a 7 minute walk. It’s right next to the famous movie theater and the house of Bouboulina, a Greek female war hero. It was a very easy walk to the port, public bus to the beaches, and shops/restaurants. The villa was perfectly clean and a very modern, comfortable room. The AC was great and I had a small balcony to dry my clothes. The bathroom was very modern with a wonderful shower! As a solo female traveler, I felt so safe here. The owner, Lia, could not be kinder. I can’t wait to come back!
