What a unique place! We loved kayaking in the mangroves and riding the bicycles on the beach (kayaks and bikes included). We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee. The pool was glorious. Just go and stay there. The staff is super accommodating.

It is the perfect home away from home in El Paredon with an amazing pool, large private rooms with a very comfortable bed and great shower, and the staff will make you so welcome. We also took surf classes via the Casa and all of the instructors were amazing.

The place was simply amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. The room was spacious and luxurious, the outdoor shower was refreshing and fun, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. It was also really nice that guests are trusted to take drinks freely and just write it down. I highly, highly recommend it. In addition, during our stay there was a power outage in the town. The staff were very accommodating and agreed to cancel the extra night we had booked (even though it wasn’t their fault at all) and helped us arrange a taxi to our next destination. We truly hope we’ll be able to return again in the future!

Set in El Paredón Buena Vista, 200 metres from El Paredon Beach, SAYA Coliving offers rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The property features garden views. Guests can make use of a terrace. The world needs more shared dorms like Saya's! The beds are really big and comfortable, and the bunks are made of concrete, so you can't feel or hear anyone else moving around. The kitchen is great, the wifi is good too. I really loved it here!

Everything here was perfect. Its a brand new property and it really shows how dedicated they are to making this one of the best places in el paredon. They have included breakfast which was amazing. Their restaurant was so good, i ended up eating all my meals here. Plus they're open later that every other place, which is great when you go out. I was able to order food at 1am last night!! They have the most extensive menu in paredon with options for every one including vegetarian options! The restaurant also has big tables for larger parties so me and my friends were all able to sit together. They do rentals which is great for the beach, i rented an umberella and cooler, which helped out so much since the sand is so hot. They are also the only place in paredon with real RAW papers and they also have other party supplies and vapes. The beds are the most comfortable beds ive slept in while traveling, AND they have AC, which is uncommon for dorms ive stayed in. It was super comfortable, and made my stay that much better. Everything is super clean, and they even have guest only areas on the property. I come to paredon often and this is the only place i will be a staying! I cant wait to see how they continue to grow!

We arrived prior to check in and our room was ready. The staff was so friendly. The grounds were so pretty. We loved the pool area. The rooms were beautiful, we loved the sink and shower. The worry dolls left for us were a super cute addition. The food in the restaurant was SO good. We had dinner, drinks and breakfast. The bartender/server we had at dinner was so friendly and helpful. The bartender/server at breakfast brought us coffee right as the opened without us even asking. The chef came out and talked to us as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff experience.
