Where do I start, the rooms where extremely comfortable yet so naturalistic. I felt as if I where sleeping directly in the nature yet still feeling very safe and comfortable in the room. It was beautifully decorated with painted murals and there was soooo much detail put into every single aspect. The showers were amazing and most of all, the treatment received by the hosts and employees. The served an incredible breakfast on the morning, with three different options available, SOOO DELICIOUS. It is only a small walk from the beach. The host reccomended us with multiple AMAZING restaurants and outdoor activities which I was able to enjoy with my partner. This trip was one for the books and it was all thanks to Shanti. I will 100% be coming back to this magnificent stay. Rated 10/10

A equipe do hotel é muito boa me senti em casa, a saída para o rio via um deck e disponibilidade de Kayak para uso dos hóspedes é bem legal, uma piscina muito.bacana e uma localização muito boa.

I loved the peace of the house, loved the quiet and the design of it, so fresh and full of shadow spaces. The pool is delicious. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are private and cozy. Loved the big shower. Very nice house just to stay in and never go outside.

We were a bit sick during our stay, owners would come and check up on us with tea, very caring and lovely people! There is nice garden and hammock to chill all day long at the pool. They even have fresh coconut in the fridge ! ❤️ great stay thank you !

I had an amazing time at Swell! It was the perfect amount of luxury and comfort mixed with laid-back beach vibes - just what I was hoping for! They also offer different types of rooms which is great for those with different travel styles. The pool is beautiful and the food was out of this world. I decided to eat every meal there for the two nights I stayed! Highly recommended place to call home when in El Paredon!

Em El Paredón Buena Vista, SAYA Coliving oferece jardim e terraço, além de Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade. Playa El Paredón fica a 2 minutos a pé de distância. It's perfect for remote workers. Great internet speed, quiet, comfortable and good A/C. A good co-working space really makes all the difference. I chose the coliving because of the design and it did not disappoint! Very beautiful building. You can tell that they thought about every detail. The beds are super comfortable, having a double bed in a shared dorm makes resting a lot better. The location is also great, near everything you need but far enough from the party so the noise is not a problem. Last, but not least, the owner and staff made the experience that much better. They know el Paredón in and out and make sure you're having a great time. I know I loved the town so much because I stayed at Saya. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything here was perfect. Its a brand new property and it really shows how dedicated they are to making this one of the best places in el paredon. They have included breakfast which was amazing. Their restaurant was so good, i ended up eating all my meals here. Plus they're open later that every other place, which is great when you go out. I was able to order food at 1am last night!! They have the most extensive menu in paredon with options for every one including vegetarian options! The restaurant also has big tables for larger parties so me and my friends were all able to sit together. They do rentals which is great for the beach, i rented an umberella and cooler, which helped out so much since the sand is so hot. They are also the only place in paredon with real RAW papers and they also have other party supplies and vapes. The beds are the most comfortable beds ive slept in while traveling, AND they have AC, which is uncommon for dorms ive stayed in. It was super comfortable, and made my stay that much better. Everything is super clean, and they even have guest only areas on the property. I come to paredon often and this is the only place i will be a staying! I cant wait to see how they continue to grow!
