Facing the beachfront, El Hotelito Perdido offers 4-star accommodation in Rio Dulce and features a garden, terrace and restaurant. I really loved it here. The hostel is located in a beautiful spot and offers a lot of fun activities to do, such as kayaking, a chocolate workshop, or if you’re looking to relax—lying in a hammock or getting a massage. In the evenings, if you feel like it, you can play games with fellow travelers. The staff members and the owner are incredibly kind and helpful. Every evening a delicious family-style dinner was prepared. I have some allergies, and they adjusted my meals perfectly for me without any trouble.

Finca Tatin Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and shared lounge in Lámpara. Among the various facilities are a terrace, a bar, as well as a tennis court. Great location and atmosphere, the shared dinner was really nice.

Boasting a restaurant and a bar, Hotel el viajero is situated in La Viña. With an outdoor swimming pool, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. When we arrived we felt like at home. All of their workers there are super nice, have a nice smile and they make everything happen that you feel super nice there. The standard of everything there is just higher than in any other hotel we have been so far in Guatemala. If it comes to the shower, bathroom, bed or any other facilities, it’s just great! Also the small details! And the best thing is really as already mentioned the staff there. This is one of the hotels where you will say in a few years, remember the „El Viajero“ in rio dulce, and you‘ll immediately remember which one it was.

Casa Caribe Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Rio Dulce. Everything was perfect! Staff very attentitive. Best wishes to Enriqe- good english skills and tasty coctails!😉 If you want to escape from town and people- this place is for you. Good view to castle. They also have kayaks. Good breakfast!

Palmeras del Río HOTEL features a garden, private beach area, a terrace and restaurant in La Viña. Offering a bar, the property is located within a few steps of Ribera Rio Dulce Beach. The place is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good. Too bad we didn't have more days to stay there.

I did not visit their restaurant but I heard nothing but good things about this place. I would definitely stay here again,.
