The hostel is located in a beautiful spot and offers a lot of fun activities to do, such as kayaking, a chocolate workshop, or if you’re looking to relax—lying in a hammock or getting a massage. In the evenings, if you feel like it, you can play games with fellow travelers. The staff members and the owner are incredibly kind and helpful. Every evening a delicious family-style dinner was prepared. I have some allergies, and they adjusted my meals perfectly for me without any trouble.

Finca Tatin Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and shared lounge in Lámpara. Among the various facilities are a terrace, a bar, as well as a tennis court. Great location and atmosphere, the shared dinner was really nice.

When we arrived we felt like at home. All of their workers there are super nice, have a nice smile and they make everything happen that you feel super nice there. The standard of everything there is just higher than in any other hotel we have been so far in Guatemala. If it comes to the shower, bathroom, bed or any other facilities, it’s just great! Also the small details! And the best thing is really as already mentioned the staff there. This is one of the hotels where you will say in a few years, remember the „El Viajero“ in rio dulce, and you‘ll immediately remember which one it was.

Casa Caribe Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Rio Dulce. I have no words to describe the entire experience I had at this place. Simply wonderful. The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. I did not visit their restaurant but I heard nothing but good things about this place. I would definitely stay here again,.

Situated right on the water, this hotel offered a beautiful restaurant, hammocks to relax in, and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The room was very clean, the shower had good hot water and pressure.
