All was good. They had no complaints. Host met them at the apartment on the first day to explain entry and show the apartment. Access to the Velence Spa was included in the cost of the apartment, which was a nice benefit. Unit had a washer and dryer which was useful, as well as 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. My children said they would stay here again the next time they come to Velence.

The owner meets at the check-in and provides with all instructions. Perfect accommodation.

The house is close to the railway station and the lake, there is also a small supermarket in the area. Communication with the owners was great, they did everything for us to have a lovely stay. We will definitely stay again at this accommodation.
