Everything was great. The house is new and clean. The place is quiet and plenty of free parking is just outside. It is near the river and park, good for relaxing walk. It is about 20 mins to Budapest center by car (if no traffic). Common kitchen has fridge, microwave, water kettle, coffee pot, cups, utensils, etc. Room has table, TV, wardrobe, beds and sofa bed. Also AC and heating. Bathroom is large and comfortable. Shower gel/shampoo were provided. The owner is friendly and waited for us and explained everything. I would stay again.

Communication with him was very easy. The apartment was very clean and very nice for our (short) stay. The breakfast had all we needed and was a good start of the day!
