We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.

I barely give 10 points on booking, but this hotel is the definition of the perfect service. The lady on the reception is very kind, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good too.

Excellent breakfast with home made preparations that add an extra to the stay in this beautiful villa. Car can be parked on the premises without extra charge.

The location of the apartment, in the very center, everything is nearby, 10 min walk to Lake Balaton.

Die Unterkunft See Haus - Podmaniczky Szállás, Bor, Balaton besticht durch einen saisonalen Außenpool in Balatonföldvár und besticht außerdem mit kostenlosem WLAN und einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz... Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr freundlich, wir konnten früher einchecken, haben ausführliche Informationen bekommen. Es war sehr sauber. Guter Kühlschrank im Zimmer obwohl auch noch eine große Küche zur Verfügung stand. Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Bett bequem. Ein paar Minuten bis zur Touristenmeile und doch weit genug weg, um Ruhe zu haben. Bis zum Strand auch nicht weit. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut möglich. Nur besser die Ady Endre utca und dann die Gabor Aron utca laufen, da es da keine nennenswerte Steigung gibt. Die Hauptstraße, Balatonszentgyörgi ut wäre zwar noch kürzer aber die hat eine gute Steigung. Es gab eine Flasche Wein und parken war auch kostenlos. An viele Kleinigkeiten wie Wäscheständer und extra Handtücher für den Strand wurde gedacht. Frühstück kann man überall im Ort bekommen oder unkompliziert in der Pension selbst zubereiten. Sitzmöglichkeiten und Pool vorhanden. Wir waren im Beach Club am Yachthafen zum Frühstücken. Dankeschön Dora und Peter!

It was the best place in our trip! Nice, big, comfortable apartment. Kitchen is great with everything that you need! Coffee was very good! A view from the balcony to the lake is gorgeous! Very safe, right on the beach/ promenade. Free parking is a very helpful addition. We were greeted like friends, with the personal touch! Thank you very much for the hospitality!
