We found Annie Villa had a vacancy so we booked it. The property is in a quiet location and only a few minutes walk from to the center and the lake and a short drive to Tesco :) The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. It also has private parking.

Ok, this was super special, and I've travelled the world. We went on a 4-night Christmas holiday with four kids, aged 10-14, and me. We booked the penthouse apartment, and it was just perfect. High-tech, spacious, and clean, with a fantastic breakfast delivered to the apartment every day, and the jacuzzi! We could customise the breakfast every day based on my kids' preferences, and someone would always come and clean the mess after the kids. TVs are easily connected, good internet, a heated toilet that can do way more things than we tried. Three terraces! We do need to come in the summer to enjoy all of this. Regarding the area, there is a superb restaurant, about 500m towards the centre. Excellent sushi bar, a few minutes' drive away. Also, one big highlight for winter days - https://codeveszprem.hu/en.
