Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

I barely give 10 points on booking, but this hotel is the definition of the perfect service. The lady on the reception is very kind, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
