This was the cleanest hotel we had in our stay in Bali. The vibe was very relaxing and the food in the restaurant was amazing. The best part to make our experience excellent were the friendly staff members, especially Ayu who welcomed us at the reception.

Out of countless options in Bali, I’m grateful I chose to book this place for my parent’s anniversary! The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you! My parents had the loveliest time and they couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for giving them a great experience. Es un hotel pequeño y familiar. Es un espacio muy agradable ,que da mucha paz. Lo que más nos gustó fueron los jardines y la zona de la piscina. Nos pareció precioso. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Al lado de la piscina hay una pequeña cabaña de masajes, vale la pena darse un masaje El personal es fantástico. Gracias Dayu por tu amabilidad.

I walked in thinking it was just a good hotel, but Potato Head is so much more than that. It's an experience. Everything has been incredible, from the staff's attention to the activities they offer to the food they serve. What I loved the most is that the entire hotel moves around a theme and tries to impart those values through the things like the furniture, the amenities, and the activities they organize. Anything I say about Potato Head will fall short—just try it for yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back, 1000% sure! Congrats to the whole team. Entré pensando que era un buen hotel, pero Potato Head va más allá. Es una experiencia. Todo ha sido increíble, desde el trato de los empleados, a las actividades. Lo que más me ha gustado es que todo el hotel gira en torno a una temática e intenta inculcar unos valores a través del mobiliario que usa, los amenities, las actividades que organizan... Cualquier cosa que diga sobre Potato Head, se quedará corta, simplemente pruébalo. Yo volveré, 1000% seguro.
