The property is huge, lush, and secluded, providing a perfect escape from the island’s hustle and bustle. Yet, it’s conveniently close to cafes, shops, and other amenities. The staff deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly kind and professional. I loved that the property is surrounded by fruit-bearing trees and that many of the ingredients used are either homegrown or sourced locally. For example, there are birds on the property, and their eggs are used for cooking. The concept of the cottages is also amazing. You can stay in tree houses elevated among the trees, ground houses, or ones with stunning ocean views. Staying here was such a joy that, honestly, we often didn’t feel like leaving to explore the city or even to eat elsewhere. The restaurant is fantastic. Breakfasts are some of the best in Uluwatu, and the dinner menu is equally incredible. The pool is amazing, with a beautiful view. There are sun loungers with umbrellas and even a covered area where you can always stay shaded. The poolside service is outstanding — you can enjoy coconut water, smoothies, coffee, or snacks without leaving your spot. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and professional. I also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of single-use toiletries, they provide large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, which is not only convenient but also environmentally conscious. Plus, the products are sulfate-free, which is a great touch. I give this hotel the highest rating and want to thank all the staff for two weeks of an absolutely wonderful vacation.

Excelente hotel, equipe maravilhosa, melhor café da manhã que tomamos em Bali, considerando estadia em outros hotéis também. Quarto grande, muito confortável. Academia com bons equipamentos e suficientes para treinar ou correr.

This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, localização ótima para quem quer fazer snorkeling, havia imensos corais em frente ao hotel, grande variedade ao pequeno-almoço e muito bom, e as villas são muito bonitas, experiência incrível de ficar mesmo em cima da areia. Recomendo

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, were excellent and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!
