We had a truly wonderful stay at Frenkie’s villa in Krui. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday. But what made our time extra special was the kindness and thoughtfulness of Frenkie and his wife. They surprised me with a cake and doughnuts for my birthday, which was such a heartwarming gesture and made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. I’m so grateful for their generosity—it really made the experience unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend this villa and these amazing hosts enough. Thank you, Frenkie!

We had a widespread of food each morning at the breakfast hall, buffet style catering to western and Indonesia tastes with slight changes in the menu from day to day. The team at the breakfast hall went out of the way to put together double shot lattes with latte art, special menu items and also surprised us with a really delicious Soto Betawi! We arrived on a wednesday night and the resort was relatively quiet but it started to fill up with more guests towards the weekend. Despite so, all the service crew were extremely hospitable and none of them shy away from hosting my family and I, we appreciate the warmth and their efforts to go beyond!

All the staff were super friendly. Agung the surf guide was the nicest guy you can imagine. taking you to the best surf spots suiting your level. You have a small number of dishes you can choose from for breakfast. They are freshly made and taste nice. It's nothing fancy but nice to have.

BATIQA Hotel Lampung ligger i Bandar Lampung og tilbyr et treningsstudio. Breakfast was great, please fix the toaster and coffee machine, they did not work. Alot of guests on my floor 15th, banging doors after 11pm, knocking and disturbing other guests, I did mention to staff please place me somewhere quiet for my rest. The staff accomodated my requests and moved me quickly to a quiet place, they upgraded my room, amazing! Hotel is fantastic, I stayed 3 nights with no other issues besides people making loud noises after 11pm. Staff are friendly and helpful, Nuju coffee is nearby, a few minutes walk, excellent wifi inside room and warm water for a relaxing shower. I would come again!
