It was luxurious but reasonable price, there were two pools (we were in the smaller complex) and you had freedom to go to either it was great, the staff were so so friendly (especially Andy) and just the vibe was great, perfect location too. (Lombok.go.tours (Roy)) lives nearby and is the perfect tour guide and driver

Very welcoming, kind and kids friendly staff. At the time of our stay (Aug, 1st-6th) it never felt overcrowded. Everything is well maintained and cleaned everyday. The food is great and the kitchen also does special request without hesitation.

In the bad weather, most of the island are out of power. Pinkcoco kept everything running. They must have some backup generators. Good food and reasonable prices as well. Will definitely come again!

Staff was very friendly and professional. We believe that some of the staff had some form of hospitality education. You can tell the difference to other accommodations. Comfortable room, cool design, nice pool areas, food and drinks great, breakfast options with great variety and all very good, location strategic but still quiet. All in all, a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere at great value. We absolutely recommend this place.

Ponte villas is an outstanding property and the staff are just as kind and caring. Dani, the manager, arranged for our arrival and brought our bags straight to the hotel after we got off our private transport. From that moment, the staff took care of us like family. Ponte is an oasis in Gili T. Private and quiet that feels like you have escaped the hustle and bustle. The room was immaculate for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Breakfast and the bbq dinner were delicious. Location is on the quieter side of the island and right next to some great restaurants and sunset views. The spa and massages were so good we had to go twice! I wish we stayed longer. Thank you to Mehrun and all the other staff who made us feel welcome and cared for. He even brought our luggage straight to the port and got us right on our private boat transfer out. Unforgettable care and hospitality. Look forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed staying at Katamaran resort. Really clean, the staff is very very nice and always smiling. The breakfast was super good. We once had dinner at the Cliff restaurant - it was ok. The pools and outside area is dreamy.
