Everything is beautiful at the Jungle Guide, and the staff is very kind and helpful. We even had the chance to listen to some of them playing the guitar and singing, it was lovely! I can't recommend it enough!

They are all very helpful and kind, they can suggest or arrange tours and transportation. Thank you for having me, sharing dinners and advices. They have very cute rescued cats. Oh and tea and coffee if you want them anytime of the day. Perfect.

I've been to the jungle in India, Borneo and the Phillipines but Rambai Tree Eco Jungle Huts not only provided the most comfortable accommodation but they made us feel like family ❤️🙏. Romi and Tia communicated efficiently and clearly from the moment I booked, several months ago. They provided a very reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable return airport shuttle - Wayhu, and the best guides - Ronie and Nanda. We saw Orangutans, Gibbons, Thomas Leaf Monkeys, and a monitor lizard in just a half day trek! As well as being visited daily by the local Macaque troop and several large bats. Tia cooked us the most fantastic farewell dinner and we were genuinely sad to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for them ❤️

Situated in Iboih, 200 metres from Iboih Beach, Santi Garden Bungalows features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The location is absolutely amazing, right next to the amazing sea but also in the jungle. We managed to see lots of amazing animals right from the bungalow terrace. Monkey, monitor lizards, birds, butterflies. Our bungalow was sea front, thanks to Robi who moved us after the first night. Very close to the bungalows is Olala restaurant, an amazing one, with a great terrace and view. It s like 50m away. We had hot water as well which I honestly didn't expect. Robi will help you with anything, motorbike rental at great prices, snorkeling equipment, snorkeling trips etc. I strongly recommend this place!

They are safe, well-maintained and helmets available. - Rent snorkel equipment from the hosts. (One of) the most beautiful snorkeling spot(s) is right in front of you. - If you want to go diving, make sure to enquire about it with Borja and Yuyun as they are both divemasters.

Situated in Bukit Lawang, Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Our stay at this hotel was a tranquil retreat, especially considering it wasn't peak season, and we were the only guests. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the guides were awesome. If we had more time, we would've totally gone into the jungle for a two-day adventure. The staff was super friendly, and we loved being surrounded by nature. We even got to watch langurs up close by the riverbank, making our stay extra special. Overall, it was a laid-back and memorable experience.

The staff was amazing, especially Git! The facilities are clean, the room (4 people dorm) was adequate, and the bed comfy. The rooftop is quite nice to hang out.
