We stayed there before and after a 4 day jungle trek during the low/wet season. The bungalow was located on the river, right at the edge of the jungle. There are frequently macaque and Thomas's leaf monkeys in the trees and jumping on the roof. You can leave non-food items on the patio (like clothes drying after the jungle), but the host advised us to keep the door locked when we aren't around to keep them from coming in. We specifically chose somewhere without AC to acclimatize to the temperature and humidity, but ventilation inside was good. Porters met us at our taxi to carry the luggage through the village and across the bridge, which was appreciated.

Beautiful location right on the river, surrounded by nature and beautiful views, a retreat from the busy-ness of town. It is only a short motorbike ride into town, and you can walk ~10 mins to get to an alfamart/indomaret. I did 2 days jungle trekking with Andi who was a great guide. We saw lots of orangutans and other wildlife, and he shared a lot of great information about the jungle. I went with a group and he was very attentive with the guests and everyone's different needs and comfort levels with the hiking. Dika, Dedek, and the rest of the family were so friendly and happy to answer any questions or help with anything, and make an amazing breakfast which is included. Andi arranged a car to and from the airport. Wifi was functional most of the time, which was helpful because I spent a lot of time working remotely in the restaurant. Bed in my room was very firm and comfortable, which is important to note because some different guesthouses where I've stayed have had very squishy, sinking beds. Bathroom has good showerhead water pressure, a western style toilet, and bidet. They provide toilet paper if needed. Towels also provided. Screens on windows prevent mosquitos from getting inside, and there is a fan inside the room for when it gets hot. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and a family business that makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

The view padang, Amazing view, 8 mins Mentawai fast ferry, cold beer, close to restaurants está ubicado en Padang, a 13 minutos a pie de Playa Air Manis, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín,... El personal que lleva el alojamiento muy atentos. Pudimos dejar las maletas durante tres días mientras hacíamos una excursión. Nos facilitaron todo lo necesario en cuanto a transporte y disponibilidad.

Fue una experiencia increíble, tomé el tour de 3d2n con ellos y lo pasé genial, increíbles guías y anfitriones. Me ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaba saber e hicieron de mi experiencia algo increíble. Los recomendaría si o si!

Santi Garden Bungalows está ubicado en Iboih, a 2 minutos a pie de Playa Iboih, y tiene alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis, zona de playa privada y una terraza. The location is spectacular, the room is very nice, the host is always kind and available.

SeaGate Bungalows está ubicado en Sabang y tiene un jardín, zona de playa privada, una terraza y restaurante. Los huéspedes tienen a disposición un baño termal y servicio de alquiler de autos. La habitación era muy limpio, cómodo y simplemente idílico. Además tenía una ducha medio-fuera de lluvia muy agradable. Borja y Yuyun son muy amables y atentos! Además de darnos un montón de tips para cosas que hacer en la isla nos consiguieron un pastel para celebrar el cumpleaños que hizo nuestra estancia una verdadera pasada! Gracias!!

Orangutan Bungalow está ubicado en Bukit Lawang y tiene alojamiento con vistas a la montaña, bicicletas gratis, un jardín, una terraza, un restaurante y parrilla. Hay wifi de cortesía disponible. La ubicación era inmejorable. Y el trato del personal y del guía Robert, fue maravilloso. Cuidan mucho del alojamiento, cuidan mucho de los huéspedes y transmiten un amor por la selva admirable. Recomiendo ir, y recomiendo el tour por la selva.

Sahnan Guest House está ubicado en Bukit Lawang y tiene un jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El sitio es precioso, habitacion amplia, comoda, con aire acondicionado. Desayuno bueno. Ellos se encargan de todo, desde los transportes hasta la excursion al parque.
