Tony at the reception was very helpful and professional during check in and check out. Same impression of Elena and Dolma from the lounge. Facilities are great, but the staff have made our staying really great.

We missed the opening times of the beach restaurants but got prompt excellent food delivery from Jericho, even during Ramadan.
