The place is super pretty, the rooms are clean, there is a nice variety of choices for breakfast (indian vs western), and the greatest highlight was William, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, we first arrived close to 00:00 and were super hungry and he made us some coffee and bread, he coordinated taxis for us, truly a super recommended place for your stay in Trivandrum.

Situated in Varkala, 500 metres from Edava Beach, Wavealokam Beach Retreat features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We loved our stay at Wavealokam beach retreat. The owner and her team are super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The owner also offered us to checkout late since our taxi was scheduled to arrive early afternoon. Regarding the location as well, we were super happy. The edava beach is just a 5 min walk away and is non- touristy. We enjoyed a private beach most times of the day. The ride to the north cliff is also just 10 mins away and the resort usually helps arrange a cab/tuktuk. Overall we would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and look forward to coming back again in the future :)

Set in Varkala, 1.1 km from Odayam Beach, Kulture KonnectT Kurakanni offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. I stayed there for a week and it was lovely. The place is really clean, the rooms are nice and the common areas are great. They really care about their guests and it was a good place to stay, close to the cliff but not in the middle of the Varkala tourists chaos. Thank you all so much for everything!!!

Boasting an infinity pool and views of sea, ETHER Marari Beachfront is a recently renovated homestay situated in Mararikulam, a few steps from Kattoor Beach. The grounds were lovely. It was quiet and serene. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy to arrange excursions and transportation.

Offering a garden and sea view, JeeHaa Homestay is located in Alleppey, 700 metres from Alleppey Beach and 1.7 km from Alleppey Lighthouse. Nice peaceful and cosy place, feels like home away from home. It’s close to the beach and has a great rooftop to chill. The coffee and chai here is excellent and the muesli bowl is phenomenal. Ask for sound healing, it was a wonderful experience.

Located on a quiet alley in Fort Cochin this hotel is a new beautiful oasis. The facilities are great with a good breakfast included in a roof top room. There is a really cute lounge across from the breakfast room, a comfortable way to relax at the end of the day. The rooms aren't huge but large enough to feel very comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and I liked the rain shower from the ceiling and a shower curtain to keep the room dry. The hotel is walking distance to all Fort Cochin tourist sights. Shaan the owner is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our last morning I couldn't get Uber to work to get to the airport and Shaan helped us get a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cochin!

Located in Alleppey, less than 1 km from Alleppey Beach, Dutch Square Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Highly recommend - the building itself is very beautiful but the dorm is very comfortable, clean, spacious and the host is super helpful. Lots of nice hangout areas to relax and read your book. Easy walking distance to the restaurants / cafes and the beach. We wished we stayed longer!
