We stayed here for a night and we loved the accomodation. as we were travelling all the way from kankavli we almost reached by 930 pm and check in went smooth..rooms are neat and clean..totally value for money. stay was very much comfortable. complimentary breakfast was served as well.. batata pohe were so delicious. would love to stay here next time again. thanks for your hospitality

Staying in the Khotachiwadi neighborhood of Mumbai was a truly unique experience. This heritage site provided a welcoming homestay experience for my family. James Ferreira.and his staff were kind and attentive. Breakfasts were extensive and extremely high quality. We enjoyed chatting with James and his international guests. Beds were very comfortable and lively, tasteful antique decor throughout the home, which we could enjoy over tea. And…A special “shoutout” to one staff member in particular — Pandu! So helpful and sweet.

Managers are very friendly. You may each moment say what you need and help comes at once. Very good bed and bed sheets and soft towels. Good shampoo and conditioning, good shower. I recommend the place to stay. It is a combination of good location, very friendly hosts, clean and nicely conditioning rooms.

Your own private beach - sort of - set up. Just brilliant.

Very nice big rooms with terrace, AC and clean bathroom. One room got even fridge and small electric plate, so it was possibility to cook something. But - just in front of the villa was very nice, cozy restaurant where we could order preaty tasty food! Location - very good, just 5-7 min. walk from the main beach. Very commuicative and kind host. Generally - I can recomend this place, and hopefully will visit it again :-)
