They booked multiple taxis for us and helped us with rickshaws. They also accommodated a late booking at the spa for a massage for my sister. The hotel and rooms were very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, and the heating worked great during the winter season so we were very cozy. It was a lovely place to rest after exploring the surroundings.
