The property is fantastic- Nice and cozy with peaceful feel, beautiful nature around within the property. Rooms are neat and clean. Very well kept. Absolutely perfect with all the needed facilities. Suman and Ankit are running the show with utmost focus on making the guests feel comfortable. They helped us a lot in getting to places, guiding with great breakfast place and what not. Clyve, Christina and Sanitha took amazing care of us and helped us organise a backwater tour, massage and Kathakali perfomance which was super convenient. The homemade Indian breakfast was the perfect start to a full day of exploring Kochi! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

Situated in Varkala, 500 metres from Edava Beach, Wavealokam Beach Retreat features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We loved our stay at Wavealokam beach retreat. The owner and her team are super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was also delicious. The owner also offered us to checkout late since our taxi was scheduled to arrive early afternoon. Regarding the location as well, we were super happy. The edava beach is just a 5 min walk away and is non- touristy. We enjoyed a private beach most times of the day. The ride to the north cliff is also just 10 mins away and the resort usually helps arrange a cab/tuktuk. Overall we would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and look forward to coming back again in the future :)

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Shamak Homestay Varkala is a recently renovated homestay situated in Varkala, 700 metres from Varkala Beach. Anmol and Asif were amazing hosts - very welcoming and friendly. Anmol especially went out of his way to help me on multiple occasions which made me feel extremely taken care of. Very clean and comfortable stay for amazing value. Good location too - just a short walk to the cliff and a bunch of yoga studios and Ayurveda clinics. Also did some yoga with their provided yoga mats and used the gymnastics rings!
