We loved how close to the port, bus stop and multiple restaurants the Villa is! Everything was clean and there was a lovely lady doing daily maintenance, the owner is also communicative and stayed in touch, asked if we needed anything, but we were fine with everything that was provided and had a very pleasant stay! The room was nice, like in the photos, the ceilings are tall so that adds to the feeling of spaciousness. The bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed, also air conditioning if it was too warm. Everything ok with the bathroom too, had good towels, the shower has strong water pressure (which is great if you have long hair) and the water gets warm quickly. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and the villa's gorgeous garden (it is like a small botanical park, really nice!). From the front of the villa you can watch the sunset and a beautiful view of Forio. We got breakfast vouchers to a bakery nearby, got to try out different local pastries and coffee, all very tasty (fruit could be provided too, if wanted). There is a boat that goes from Forio to Napoli (with a stop in Porto d'Ischia), so that is very good for traveling to and from the island, but in case that is not available, there is the ferry that goes from Porto d'Ischia to Napoli, you can get there by bus (you can buy bus tickets at a newspaper shop very close to the bus stop and villa). We also usually took the bus to the beach San Montano, visited Castello Aragonese and Giardini la Mortella. Ischia really is a wonderful island! Grazie mille per tutto!

I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

The property is perfectly located – central yet quiet, which makes it ideal for exploring the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Daniela was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.

This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

Luxury accommodation, excellent service, new equipment. Good location, silent backstreet, but near to center, shop, cafe and bust stop.I want to come again.

As a person who travels a lot I would like to point out first that this B&B was much better than many high-rated hotels. Everything was on top. Staff:The staff was excellent, kind and supportive. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Brigida, for patiently answering to all of my questions regarding the sightseeing places, transport, food, literally everything. She was always in touch both during the working hours and after, always responding to all of my messages instantly and kindly. Many thanks to Alina, for giving me advices on what to take for breakfast, where to go and what to see. Location: Cannot really imagine better. The B&B is just 1-2 min walk to the beach, right in the very centre, where you can find a lottt of restaurants, shops, everything. It was also convenient to go to the other parts of the island, as the transport station was several minutes walk from there. Perfect to choose if you like to go out in the evening for a walk, shop, etc. Cleanliness: on Top. I usually pay a lot of attention to the details, like the walls, the bathroom amenities. Everything was brand new, clean, the room is being cleaned daily and is super modern and convenient. My room had a balcony with a sea view which made it even better. Love it! For the breakfast I’d like to say that I really loved the concept of their breakfast. Instead of having bunch of unnecessary and oily food in the morning, you have the option of choosing your preferred pastry and coffee everyday and they bring it to your room in the morning. I fell in love with their Sfogliatella)) 10/10 Fresh, light typical italian breakfast. To sum up I’d say that if I appear to come to Ischia again, no doubt I will choose the same place. Highly reccomended and thanks again to the staff!
