We were two couples and stayed for one night before our cruise, and I can highly recommend this place. The suites are wonderful, the location is excellent—just a 10‑minute walk to the pickup point for the cruise shuttle—and the rooms are spotless, new, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the bathroom modern, and the amenities thoughtful: a coffee machine, fresh fruit, and water were a very nice welcome from the owner. We also enjoyed the delicious croissants and yogurt provided for breakfast. The owner was extremely kind and arranged our transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, this suite offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Michela it's a wonderful host, she's attentive to the details and she wants to help you if you need her. The room was clean, with multiple towels, and everything we need for 3 days. The kitchen was open 24 h, not just for breakfast, which was a plus. We hope to return someday.

Very clean and tidy. Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. Great central location in this bustling port town. The hosts were very welcoming and communication throughout was excellent. The accommodation is stylish and luxurious with lots of high-tech facilities. I highly recommend it.
