Hotel Marina ligger bare noen få meter fra stranden, og tilbyr overnatting i Monterosso al Mare, innenfor Cinque Terre nasjonalpark. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. It's a perfect place in all aspects. First, the location is exceptional; it's right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters. The only minor detail is that you have to pay for beach chairs. Second, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. They responded to my emails very quickly and immediately resolved my issue when I needed an extra room at the last minute. Incredible! Third, the room itself is excellent, brand new and spotless, and the hotel's facilities are also absolutely stunning. Finally, the breakfast is PERFECT. It offers everything from scrambled eggs/bacon to croissants and 'crostata' (Italian tart). Everything was incredibly delicious – I just couldn't stop eating!

We just love this hotel,its really nice and clean.The beach is 2 min walk from the hotel and the town itself is so charm. Breakfast are amazing,lots of variety and the staff are very welcoming. We would love to come back and stay here again

I Monterosso al Mare, 32 kilometer fra Castello San Giorgio og 32 kilometer fra Technical Naval Museum, ligger Camere Margot, som tilbyr overnatting med gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. Fin beliggenhet, fint bad, rent og delikat. Tørkestativ utenfor døren.

I Portovenere, bare 2 minutters gange fra Arenella-stranden og 16 kilometer fra Castello San Giorgio, ligger Le Finestre Veneris, som har gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. Beliggenheten var fin - nær stranda og lokalt til i Porto Venere. Kommunikasjon med vert gikk fort.

The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, with a great shower and coffee machine, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view over Riomaggiore. Evenings were peaceful, and the location is just perfect to enjoy Cinque Terre. Erika and her father were exceptionally kind and helpful, giving us great local tips, helping with our luggage, and even preparing a special surprise for our honeymoon. We would 100% stay here again – highly recommended!
