High quality and very stylish large development in the form of a beautiful fishing village around its own harbor with an adjacent beach club. Large underground parking below the whole village means no cars and easy parking right below apartment. Apartments have large rooms easily accommodating families with separate bath rooms and a quiet air condition. The team at the front office is very helpful with recommendations for the many activities one can do in the Friulian Venetian region.

Amazing accommodation, perfect design - a combination of traditional historical legacy with modern purpose. I appreciate the absolute professionalism of the staff, perfect management. I really appreciated the online check-in.
The breakfast was excellent, served in the garden.
The location is quiet. I also recommend the nearby beach - accessible by car from the accommodation - Baia di Sistiana

The staff was very kind and lovely, the apartments were clean and had every necessity provided, free parking in the backyard, too. Duino is a lovely town with a great supermarket nearby and a cute little market in the middle of the town with a delicious pizzeria next to it. The port of Duino is beautiful, it was amazing to see the sunset from there.

A stylish, classy, sophisticated hotel with tradition in a perfect location 1 min from main piazza. Of the two reserved rooms, we were given one upgraded with a sea view... I recommend that you always take sea view, it is amazing.

The location is beautiful and having unrestricted beach access, even after check, out was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The spa is also beautiful and lush and relaxing.

Everything in perfect order, upon arrival at the place I had a technical problem with the car - the owner Fabio and his daughter Stefani immediately arranged for a repair in nearby Trieste. On welcome chilled wine everything perfectly accommodation very sheltered and a wonderful view of the sea. Who wants to experience paradise on earth - welcome aboard the Seaside Resort.
