Breakfast was awesome, accommodated our lactose free, gluten free diet. Staff always looking for ways how to help, rooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

Conveniently situated in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Casa Zanelli provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. It has everything you need, all the cooking utensils where available to use and clean towels and bedding! Air conditioning was perfect and easy to use, the whole apartment overall was beautiful. It was so close to the beach, had a lovely little porch/patio in the front where you can sit and relax under the sun umbrella. I am very impressed with my stay there, I highly recommend! The location was perfect, as up the road only a two minute walk away there is a small convenience store, a cafe and a few restaurants too. And of course, the beach is a two minute walk in the other direction! Everything is within your reach and dealing with Antonlino and Carolina is super easy if you have any questions or concerns!!
