Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. Amazing experience in a traditional style with a modern comfort. The hotel is located in a quiet place ~20 mins walk from the ferry port. It may sound far but the hotel provides the shuttle bus as often as you need. We were prepared for the ryokan rules about the shoes, so it wasn’t a surprise for us. The traditional room is very beautiful, clean, looks better in real life than on the pictures. Nice view from the window, I even saw an eagle on the tree. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. Usually the staff set up the bed after the dinner but they set it up for me when I asked for a day nap. The dinner and breakfast servings is extraordinarily. Nice choice of exclusive souvenirs, especially loved the Momiji manju cookies, the ones from the hotel are MUCH better than the ones from the shopping street. In general, I highly recommend to stay here at least for 1-2 night for better exploration of Miyajima without rush.

The beauty and the quiet of the area was wonderful after hectic times in Kyōto and Tōkyō. The host was very lively, friendly, and helpful. The tatami room was a nice size and the futons were comfortable. There was air conditioning. Also, we had access to cooking equipment, but only made mocha and microwaved a little food.

Small ryokan but BIG on warm hospitality from arrival till check out. When we couldn’t find any eating places open, we asked at last minute if we could still get dinner from them. Not only did they acceded to our request, they whipped up a very sumptuous meal within a short time. The meal was so value for money

Kazu and Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants/shops and activities. Very clean with great sea view. Comes with a free parking space which is a bonus.

We loved the Villa, a great central location to explore the biking trails. The beach is right in front of the house, we biked to restaurants and supermarkets. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space! It was a wondeful stay.

Hotel Route-Inn Mihara Ekimae se nachází v destinaci Mihara a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací a vlastní koupelnou. Seemingly recently opened, this hotel is a great option in the Mihara area. The price was very reasonable (especially during the Golden Week surge) and the location is hard to beat. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walking distance from the station. If you are looking to enjoy Okunoshima then the ferry port is right behind the hotel (merely a two minute walk). The breakfast was buffet style with mostly Japanese options but some Western flair. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Super Hotel Mihara Ekimae nabízí pokoje v destinaci Mihara. Jen 13 km odtud se nachází Onomichi History Museum a MOU Onomichi City University Art Museum je 13 km daleko. Pěkný nově vybaveny hotel, vše čiste. Welcome drink překvapil a potěšil. Součástí hotelu je i malý bazén s horkou vodou, vstup je zdarma. Snídaně byla standardní. Hotel je blízko vlakovému nádraží, pokud cestujete vlakem, naprosto ideální.

Guest House Diphylleia Grayi se nachází v destinaci Hacukaiči a poskytuje ubytování s terasou a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. Dostupné stanice vlaku, čisté. K dispozici společná kuchyňka. Pokoj menší, ale dostačující.

LIFEMENT GLANZ Okimi se nachází v destinaci Etajima a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací. Naval History Museum je 17 km daleko, Etajima Park 19 km a Ondonoseto Park 25 km.
