I Naoshima, 7 minutters gange fra Naoshima Pavillion og under 1 kilometer fra Sumiyoshi-taisha Temple, ligger Vacation House YOKOMBO ANNEX. The whole building is in nice condition. The beach is within a very short walking distance. Nice facilities (wholistic kitchen ware, entertainment equipments, etc). You need to rent motor bikes to get around if you want to go far, though. The host is very welcoming and accommodating, and willing to help.

I Shodoshima, 5,3 kilometer fra Cycad at Seiganji Temple, ligger SETOUCHI SUP RESORT - Ao -, som har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Clean with a comfortable bed. Good facilities in the kitchen. Fantastic view of the sea. It was easy to check in and to check out thanks to good instructions. It is very close to a wonderful cafe, "Today is the day"

I Mitoyo, 43 kilometer fra Liminal Air-core Takamatsu, ligger BED N CHILL Shippoya 七宝屋, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og en bar. Literally one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed at. The owner is super friendly and speaks great English. The main lounge is comfy and has many interesting items related to Canada, baseball, and the Shikoku Henro Pilgrimage to look at. The beds are soft and spacious. The showers and other facilities are clean and modern. Absolutely loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again!

I Shodoshima, 16 kilometer fra Cycad at Seiganji Temple, ligger Sen Guesthouse, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, et privat strandområde og en fellesstue. Amazing view, well decorated, clean and comfortable sleep, and friendly hosts. Lovely beach with hammocks to chill. 30 min walk to Movie village. Bus timings are infrequent but it was okay with some planning. Host is friendly to help and advise!

I Sanuki, 15 kilometer fra Yakuri-ji Temple, ligger Jakomaru Park Tsuda, som har en terrasse, gratis privat parkering og en restaurant. Great value for the price, wonderful staff, nice sea view, easy on site parking.

漁師宿三浦屋三友丸 ligger i Ikeda, i nærheten av Cycad at Seiganji Temple og 6,9 kilometer fra Nishinotakiryusui Temple. really like the retro showa vibe of the house, everything is super clean, shower is strong, comfortable beds, nice clean kitchen and nice bbq space outside, with lots of fun equipments free to use , really liked the swing beside the front door! great seaside view just infront! friendly neighbourhood , very nice host! cute keyring for doors and bike

The family was incredibly helpful coming for me to the island, helping me with my itinerary the next day and even bringing me some lunch box when they realize I travelled to an isolated area. The house had a beautiful garden and I slept in a big room with a closet and a bathroom just for me. The breakfast had plenty of local food and I couldn’t even finished it!! and they even provide snacks and a cold bottle of water at night.

プチリゾート・ひじきwest ligger i Hijiki og har et utendørsbasseng, en hage og en terrasse i tillegg til gratis WiFi og utsikt over sjøen. What a strange little gem. We were very impressed. The house is built from containers, but is impressively usable. Well equipped, both in the kitchen, terrace and beach equipment. Cozy little quiet town. Shopping and restaurants are a little bit of a distance away, so do your shopping on the way there and enjoy the house, view and beach. Highly recommendable. Nice and friendly host.

Lemon tree hotel ligger i Higashiura og har en hage, et privat strandområde og en terrasse i tillegg til gratis WiFi og utsikt over sjøen. Ken-san greeted me to help carry my bags. Upon check-in he brought me tea and I enjoyed the view of the sea from the common space/ kitchen area. The place is beautifully rustic and immaculately clean. I could have spent days just starting at the sea. And the food…. Wow. Everything from the garden or the sea. A delicious craft beer which felt well deserved after a walk to the lighthouse. And finally an amazing and very hot sauna before bed. This was more than just a night’s stay- it was an inspiration on how to live in harmony with nature. I didn’t want to leave and hope to come back.
