También nos ha llevado al súper cuando lo necesitábamos. Su bicicleta y máscaras para snorkel están a disposición de los huéspedes. Por la noche mirábamos las estrellas, la casa es un ambiente muy relajado y en general he estado muy bien

Now my second time and my go for place to stay on this beautiful island. i enjoy the tatami room, but also there is one room with a western bed. a kitchen with everything what is needed to prepare food and tea / coffee. I hope you enjoy this place like I do.

Shared space is spacious and have portable kitchen. For my kids, there are a lot of mangas and my kids read them during spared time. Staff is so kind and friendly as well. I will be back!

We had an amazing stay in this guesthouse. Barbara & Lee are the best hosts ever. Very kind, fun and welcoming. The other guests that we shared the house with were also great. And the house is beautiful! If you consider booking, keep in mind that you really do share the space with the other guests. Sound travels very easily in this house and people might be up chatting til 11pm. However if you are looking for a social experience and don't mind some noise at times, it's well worth it! The people we stayed with were respectful and kind and I hope all future guests will be as well. I recommend renting a car for this stay (A car is also great for Yakushima over all)

Nos encantó!!!! Amami y también Mijora. Poder despertarse frente al mar no tiene precio. Fácil acceso, playa prácticamente privada. Muy atentos, buena seleccion de vinos. Recomendamos alquilar coche para moverse por la isla.

The couple who run this guesthouse are very nice and welcoming. Everything is very clean. My single room had comfortable bed and a desk; bath is down the hall. The optional Japanese breakfast is highly recommended--tasty and filling. For other meals guests use microwave and hot-water kettle to fix their own food. Quiet location with the gentle sound of the surf. I am on a bicycle ride and found the location ideal: A day's ride from Amami via Route 81, then a loop to Kasarizaka Lighthouse at northern end of island, then a ride south on Route 58.

Ubicado a 2 km de Playa Higashi, amami 星空テラス ofrece un restaurante y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. The place accommodates only one group of guests which was excellent for our family with two active boys. It is spacious for a family of four (easily a couple more), spotless clean, new, great location by the beach, nice view, big balcony, washer and dryer downstairs, and last but not least friendly and super helpful staff. Its first floor is their cafe and tour desk. We had breakfast a couple times which was great. We also took their sea turtle snorkeling tour and the guide was very attentive to us beginners and had a wonderful time swimming with a sea turtle.
