The staff were so welcoming and friendly; they even gave me a present for booking with them. It was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a train station within walking distance.

This was probably the nicest room we stayed at in Japan. Spacious and so well decorated. The amenities were the best we had throughout our trip (organic bamboo hair brushes?!). Our fridge was stocked with drinks, and the snack bag and fresh matcha mochi were so tasty. Bed was very comfortable. Spending an hour or so coloring in the atelier room was a great way to relax during a whirlwind trip. Easy walk to the main train station.

It is beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely friendly. If we ever come back to Japan we will 1000% come back to stay at the Bird Hotel. The breakfast and dinner served was also phenomenal. You cannot go wrong.

Very clean and super good location only 5 min to the train Station and the castle.

Great location, around 6 mins walk from koshigoe station. sato is very welcoming despite the language barrier, and we communicated using google translate. very clean, comfortable and cosy place!
