Good one. The aparthotel is located 10 min walk from the beach. A bit steep, but easily doable. Our apartment was fantastic. Specious with all the possible Japanese mod coms. There was at least 5 heating setting at the bathroom including one for drying clothes. And the washing machine and a dishwasher were there too. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing and beauty products provided in excess. Basically you could live there as in your own home. Staff was very friendly. They serve breakfast ( extra charge) that looked very nice, but we were jet lagged so never tried them.

Lovely place, lovely location, lovely room and lovely family. Probably my favourite stay during my solo trip, the owners were so kind and English explanations about the area were really good. The room was lovely with a nice sea view and the tatami floor is quite interesting , the kumano downtown is close and peaceful but have all the facilities you need. Highly recommend if you are interested in kumano kodo or travelling around Wakayama.

The whole place is spotless and comfortable, and there are lovely views from the bedrooms and the cafe' downstairs where breakfast is served.
